The Founders
Jana Gutierrez Kardum (UAE) Katja Schipperheijn (Belgium) first connected at MIT Sloan, united by a shared passion for learning, liminal leadership and innovation. Since then, they have focused on helping individuals and organisations strengthen their learning mindset in a rapidly changing world
To achieve this, they developed the Learning Mindset Amplifiers and AI-supported Coaching, grounded in the belief that learning begins with self-reflection and relating, which helps to reframe one’s learning mindset.

Maxine, our Creative Coordinator, works closely with our international board of experts to design learning experiences that truly create impact. Together, they shape tailored keynotes, immersive workshops and customised Amplifier journeys that strengthen the learning mindset within teams and organisations.
Content and knowledge development are led in close collaboration with Katja Schipperheijn and our global expert network. Supported by trusted international partners, we connect the right expertise to each context and serve clients worldwide in their preferred language.
